Australian Orders

  • All Australian orders orders are delivered via standard Australia Post delivery, tracked Parcel Post upgrades are available.
  • Delivery times are determined by Australia Post. We are not liable for slow delivery due to holiday seasons, sale periods, pandemics, natural disasters and local disruptions to mail.
  • The average delivery time for local mail is 3-14 business days, holiday seasons, sale periods, pandemics, natural disasters and local disruptions may impact this.
  • During sale periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order as fast as possible, however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders. we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
  • Upon dispatch of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order. If Australia Post are unable to deliver your parcel they will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and will provide you with details on how to collect your parcel.
  • Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday - Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
  • We are a small business, we endeavour to dispatch your order as fast as possible, however given the current climate please note orders are shipped once a week.
  • We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. however, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
  • We accept orders to PO box addresses.
  • We do not accept orders to Parcel Lockers.


International Orders

  • All International orders orders are delivered via DHL e-commerce.
  • DHL e-commerce tracking available at https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/
  • Delivery times are determined by DHL e-commerce and local mail carriers. We are not liable for slow delivery due to holiday seasons, sale periods, pandemics, natural disasters and local disruptions to mail. 
  • The average delivery time for international mail is 14-21 business days, holiday seasons, sale periods, natural disasters and local disruptions may impact this. 
  • During sale periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order as fast as possible, however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders. we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
  • Upon dispatch of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order.

Returns + Exchange

Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom pieces or gift cards.
  • If merchandise is faulty please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@kellymcmahondesign.com.

Missing Orders
  • If your Australian order has not arrived after 15 business days please contact hello@kellymcmahondesign.com.
  • If your International order has not arrived after 21 business days please contact hello@kellymcmahondesign.com.
